The American Karachay-Kavkaz Benevolent Association (AKBA) has been a cornerstone of the Karachay community, and is the only organization in the United States dedicated to celebrating Karachay-Kavkaz culture. A highlight of its efforts is the Elbrus USA Dance Ensemble, a dance program dedicated to sharing the beauty of Kavkaz culture through educational classes and vibrant performances.

After a 10-year break, Elbrus USA is returning to the stage in May of 2025 with instructors Mert Cagar and Serra Aygun. Both have previously danced for the ensemble, now lead dance groups from ages 4 and up, including the Elite dance group, which have been performing for weddings, cultural festivals, and more. Elbrus USA prides itself on being an inclusive group, welcoming individuals from all Caucasus and Turkic backgrounds, who share a passion for dance and tradition.
